Where is the data hosted?

European customer tenants are hosted in the EU (Frankfurt, Madrid or Amsterdam regions, depending on customer preference) on AWS, Azure or a sovereign provider. We provide standard SCCs, DPAs and a transfer impact assessment for non-EU data flows where relevant. Additional formal audits (SOC 2, ISO 27001) and bespoke security testing can be agreed as part of the engagement.

How long is a typical deployment?

Stand-alone mid-market deployments go live in 4–8 weeks with a fixed-price implementation. White-label ecosystem deployments typically run a 12-week pilot followed by a 3–6 month full network rollout. We do not charge change orders for normal configuration work during the initial deployment.

Does the platform support LkSG and the upcoming CSDDD?

Yes. Our supplier onboarding module ships with templates for LkSG (Germany), CSDDD (EU-wide, phased 2027–2029), Crea y Crece e-invoicing readiness (Spain), and country-specific tax/compliance fields. Auditable, exportable and signed by the supplier on entry.

Can it integrate with our ERP?

We have battle-tested connectors for SAP S/4HANA, Microsoft Dynamics, proALPHA, Sage and most mid-market ERPs. For others, we offer standard REST/CSV/SFTP interfaces and a connector framework. Most integrations are completed during the initial deployment window.

How is white-label pricing structured?

A fixed annual tenant fee covering hosting and updates, plus a revenue-share on transaction value flowing through the platform. The structure is designed so the partner's incremental cost remains predictable while both sides share the upside as the network grows. Details depend on your network size and target categories.
